Clusters Show

The Clusters of Specialties was held last Saturday in Monroe. For those not in the NW, this is where several breed specialty clubs get together and split the rent to have a lot of specialty shows. There was a double open Dutch specialty along with the local Mini Rex, Holland Lop, Netherland Dwarf, and new this year the Rex club. It sounds like Polish might be joining us next year.
We had about 105 Dutch entered in our shows. The winners are:

Show A- Judged by Mike
BOB- Hilary & Lisa with their Gray Sr buck
BOS- Pete & Debra with their Blue Sr doe

Show B- Judged by Jan
BOB- Me with a Blue Jr doe (Double Dutch's Piper)
BOS- Hilary & Lisa with the same Gray Sr buck

In show A, Piper was 2nd in her class, losing out to Jan's really nice jr doe that was not entered in show B. It was her first leg. Revolver was 1st of 7 in show A, for his first leg. In show B he was a very close second. In show A DDRC was 1st of I believe 14 Black Jr bucks (biggest class), and Rodeo was second. This is the first leg for DDRC (and his first show!). He is currently for sale.
It was a fun show, with great competition. Jan said she didn't see a single bad Dutch up there.
Above is a picture of the winning rabbits with Hilary, Pete, and me.
My new laptop came, so the website was updated last week. It'll probably be updated again today or tomorrow. New pictures should be up with this update.
